How we trade
We buy the material outright and resell it in our own name. The load goes straight from the seller's site to the buyer's plant.
The material
One journey, no stop in between.
Loaded at the seller's site and delivered straight to the buyer's plant by the carrier agreed in the contract. We don't operate a yard, so nothing is unloaded and reloaded on the way.
The contract, the invoice and the payment
One counterparty on each side.
They run through FETTER-LUCKY Kft. We buy from the seller in our own name and sell to the buyer in our own name, so each side has one counterparty.
Delivery terms
Agreed deal by deal.
The delivery term is agreed for each deal and written into the contract as an Incoterms® 2020 rule. It says who arranges and pays for transport and where the risk passes. Waste may only be carried by a carrier with the required registration.
Payment
Bank transfer only.
We pay sellers and invoice buyers by bank transfer, on the terms set in the contract. We don't handle cash. Every invoice is issued by FETTER-LUCKY Kft.
Quality
A written specification for every lot.
The specification of each lot is written into the contract: size, density, contamination and what is excluded. If a delivered lot differs from it, the claim is handled by the contracting party, which is us, not by a third party.
Documents and checks
With every load, and before the first deal.
Every load travels with the documents its route and the buyer require.
- Annex VII document for cross-border shipments of waste-status material, under Regulation (EU) 2024/1157, submitted through the EU electronic system (DIWASS)
- Weighbridge ticket from the loading site
- CMR consignment note for road transport
- Statement of conformity under Regulation (EU) No 333/2011, when the seller provides it for end-of-waste material
Before the first deal we check the EU VAT number of every counterparty in VIES and the company data in the business register. We trade with companies only and don't handle cash.
Questions we get asked
Do you have a yard where I can deliver material?
No. We don't operate a yard, depot or receiving point, and we don't accept material at our registered office. Material is loaded at your site and delivered directly to the buyer's plant.
Are you a broker?
No. We buy the material, it becomes our property, and we resell it in our own name. We are the contracting party on both sides.
Do you buy from private individuals?
No. We trade with companies only.
Who arranges transport?
It is agreed for each deal and written into the contract (Incoterms® 2020). Waste may only be carried by a carrier with the required registration.
How do you pay?
By bank transfer, on the terms set in the contract. We don't handle cash.
Which documents are needed?
It depends on the material and the route: the Annex VII document for cross-border shipments of waste-status material, the weighbridge ticket and the CMR consignment note with every load, and a statement of conformity when the seller provides one.
