When you offer or request material by e-mail, we process the data in your message: your e-mail address and name, your company’s name, country and EU VAT number, a telephone number if you give one, and the content of the message and its attachments. We use it to answer you, to prepare an offer or a contract, and to check the company in VIES and the business register.

Steps before a contract and the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for counterparty checks, our legitimate interest in trading only with verified companies (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: until the enquiry is closed. Data belonging to a contract: for as long as accounting and tax law requires us to keep the contract and the invoices.

Two providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website, and the provider that hosts our e-mail. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and embeds no external content. Your visit is logged only by the hosting provider for security and operation.

You can ask for access to your data, for correction or deletion, for restriction of processing, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to trade@euroscraptrade.com. You can also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
